Philip Daniell FRICS joined
Allied London Properties some 20 years ago as Group Property
Manager and was made a Director in 1987. He has been extensively
involved in land acquisitions for Bracknell (via the Bracknell
Regeneration Trust joint venture with Schroder Exempt Property
Unit Trust) and Spinningfields, Manchester.
He is now particularly responsible for legal and asset management,
sales and acquisitions for Spinningfields plus other Manchester
properties and group portfolio valuations. Previously, Philip
worked for Montagu Evans, Daejan Properties and latterly with
Artagen Properties (which subsequently became part of Sun
Life). |
