Stuart Lyell FRICS was appointed
a Director of Allied London Properties in 2001 with a brief
to project manage the company's major town centre development
schemes, particularly Bracknell Town Centre and Spinningfields,
Manchester.
Until 2001, Stuart was Project Director of Bracknell Regeneration
Trust (the joint venture between Allied London and Schroder
Exempt Property Unit Trust) and led the BRT team during the
Public Inquiry into the redevelopment of Bracknell town centre.
Previously, Stuart worked for the Docklands Light Railway
(where he established and led the team for the compulsory
acquisition of land for the Lewisham Extension PFI project)
and Stanhope Securities (where he was responsible for development
of the first phases of Stockley Park). He has also worked
as Divisional Director of The Lawrence Hewitt Partnership,
as a Director at Stoneford Construction & Development
and for both Taylor Woodrow and Richard Ellis. |
