Freddie Graham-Watson joined
Allied London Properties in 1990 and has worked closely
with Michael Ingall to restructure and refinance the company,
taking it private in April 2000.
He is involved in all aspects of the financial management
of the company including commercial and financial evaluation
of development opportunities, the negotiation and documentation
of short term financing and long term funding of projects,
joint ventures, financial and legal risk management and corporate
tax efficiency.
Prior to joining Allied London, Freddie worked at Clayform
Properties (now Development Securities) as Group Financial
Controller and Company Secretary and, from 1979 to 1986, at
KPMG where he achieved his FCA and ATII qualifications. |
